Morning

Zevulun Elementary School - Fellows serve as teaching assistants in English as a Foreign Language classes, working with children in 4th - 6th grade. 

Afternoon

Moadonit - Fellows create and implement informal English activities, assist with homework and build strong bonds with children in 1st - 4th grade from families supported by the Department of Welfare.

Evening

Homework @ Home - Fellows provide culturally appropriate tutoring and mentoring to children in the child's home. 

Tuesday

Morning

Contextual Learning - 
Meeting with a Kess, an Ethiopian spiritiual leader, to learn about Ethiopian Israeli culture and religion.

Late Afternoon

Center for Youth at Risk - Fellows work with local volunteers and staff to plan recreational activities for middle and high school aged youth and help the center to organize community events.

Wednesday

Morning

Zevulun Elementary School - Fellows serve as teaching assistants in English as a Foreign Language classes, working with children in 4th - 6th grade. 

Afternoon

Terminal After School Center- Fellows plan and implement creative projects for children in 4th - 6th grade.

Late Afternoon

Center for Youth at Risk - Fellows work with local volunteers and staff to plan recreational activities for middle and high school aged youth and help the center to organize community events.

Thursday

All Day

Joint Learning Day - Visit to a Bedouin village to hear firsthand about the grassroots initiatives and community empowerment taking place in the village.
