Brett Stern

Brett Stern is a Cincinnati-based residential real estate professional who has built her career on relationships, trust, and helping people navigate important life transitions.
Known for her personalized approach and deep commitment to her clients, she believes that strong communities are built one relationship at a time.

Brett is passionate about building community, fostering meaningful connections, and supporting the next generation of changemakers. She is honored to join the board of Yahel after witnessing firsthand the profound impact the organization has on its fellows.

Her daughter, Shoshi, was a Yahel Social Change Fellow during the 2025–2026 cohort, an experience that Brett describes as truly transformative. During that year, Brett spent six weeks in Israel, where she had the privilege of getting to know many of the fellows. She welcomed them into her apartment for Shabbat dinners and other meals, and when the war began, several fellows temporarily made her home their own. Through those experiences, she was deeply inspired by their compassion, resilience, curiosity, and unwavering commitment to building a more just and inclusive society.

Brett lives in Cincinnati with her husband and is an active member of her Jewish community. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and bringing people together around a table, believing that some of life’s most meaningful conversations happen over a shared meal. She is excited to support Yahel’s mission of empowering young adults to engage in meaningful service and social change in Israel and is grateful for the opportunity to help ensure that more fellows have the kind of life-changing experience that shaped both her daughter's, and her own connection to Israel.
