Program Details
Olim Shalav offers new immigrants (18+) a meaningful pathway to integrate into Israeli society through service and leadership. Participants engage in weekly volunteer placements with grassroots organizations, combining hands-on community work with immersive Hebrew practice. Alongside volunteering, participants take part in leadership development workshops with dedicated mentors that strengthen their confidence, initiative, and ability to contribute to their new communities.
This unique model helps participants both belong and lead—building social networks, improving language skills, and gaining the tools to shape their own journey in Israel. Olim Shalav demonstrates that true integration happens when newcomers are empowered not only to adapt but also to contribute and lead.
