Ilana Aisen

Ilana Aisen is the CEO of JPro, the North American Jewish community’s sector-wide organization that offers professional development, convenings, and career development opportunities that are accessible to all employees of Jewish nonprofit organizations. Before beginning her tenure at JPro in 2016, Ilana worked at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, Repair the World, and American Jewish World Service. Ilana holds a joint MPA/MA in Judaic studies at New York University and is an alumna of the Wexner Fellowship/Davidson Scholars program.
