Rotem Noy
Central Hub Manager
Rotem grew up in Moshav Nehalim, a small village nestled near the airport. After completing her national service, she pursued her passion for history, earning both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Ben-Gurion University.
Upon finishing her studies, Rotem embarked on a transformative journey to Germany with her family for a long-term mission (Shlichut). During her eight years abroad, she had the privilege of deepening her connection to diverse Jewish communities across the country, while designing and developing innovative student programs focused on education and Jewish identity.
After returning to Israel, she dedicated herself to community building, working with various social non-profits and establishing vibrant neighborhood volunteer groups in her home city of Lod.
Rotem is married and a proud mother of five children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, drawing, and welcoming guests into her home with warmth and hospitality.
