Shuli Amram

Shulamit, also known as Shuli, has always been drawn to people, processes, and meaningful action.
From her teenage years as a youth movement counselor to her most recent role as Director of Volunteer Engagement at a special education organization, her passion for people and positive change has remained constant. She has worked with diverse communities, including mainstream populations, people with special needs, at-risk youth, and people coping with mental health challenges.

This passion led her to a Bachelor's degree at Tel-Hai College, studying Special Education alongside Gender, Sociology, and Anthropology. She went on to lead initiatives both on campus and across northern Israel, which inspired her to continue her studies in Participatory Group Facilitation.
Shulamit believes that when people come together around a shared goal with a clear path forward, anything is possible.

Her Jewish and religious identity is rooted in childhood, in a home where observance and Jewish custom was woven into daily life. Alongside this, she developed a deep connection to the Land of Israel, shaped by a family drawn from the four corners of the world. Her strong Zionist heritage remains inseparable from who she is and from the home she is building for her family.

Today, Shulamit lives in Kibbutz Ma'ayan Tzvi, near Zikhron Ya'akov, with her husband Avshallom and son Maayan-Re'ei.
