
Stephanie Daon
Director of Development
Stephanie Daon has over a decade of experience in strategic fundraising, donor relations, grant writing, and project development. Before joining the Yahel team, Stephanie served as the Director of Resource Development of Co-Impact: The Partnership for a Breakthrough in Arab Employment.
Stephanie made aliyah from the United States in 2007 upon receiving her BA in Politics and Jewish History and Civilization from New York University. After serving in the army for two years, she started her career in the non-profit sector as a grant writer and resource development consultant for non-profit organizations of diverse target populations and missions.
She is deeply committed to strengthening the relationship between Diaspora Jewry and Israel, and particularly passionate about building a more inclusive and sustainable Israeli society, which is why she is proud to advance Yahel’s mission and connect supporters worldwide with the impact of its work on the ground.
Stephanie is a founding board member of the Israel Lacrosse Association.
She lives in Zichron Yaakov with her husband Barak and their four children.
