MORNING
Naamat Maon - A Gan (day-care) for infants/toddlers in the community. Yahel fellows assist the Gan's staff in providing care for the young children while bringing a fun energy to the class.
LATE AFTERNOON
Vitkin School Moadonit - An after school program for at-risk youth in the community. Fellows here provide a safe space for the young attendees while delivering creative English language and activity programming.

Tuesday
MORNING
Vitkin School - Continuing to provide support to the teachers and engage the students at Vitkin school.
LATE AFTERNOON
Senior Center - A supportive space for elderly residents providing social gatherings and activities. The center provides fellows with immersive opportunities to engage with a unique element of Rishon's communities as they provide companionship and fun activities for the attendees.

Thursday
Together with the entire cohort
JOINT LEARNING DAY
Participate in hands-on workshops combining language practice, skills development, structured reflection sessions, and deep dives into Israeli society and contemporary issues.
Immersive community focused courses
Immersive courses that investigate community issues within fellows' placement cities.
Examples:
Visions - During the Visions course, Fellows are split into groups to plan engaging and immersive learning days for the rest of the cohort.
Community Mapping - Again in small groups, fellows are tasked with investigating specific community issues. in the past, these projects have been presented to municipal department in the city, affecting real change.

Monday
MORNING
Vitkin School - A Teva (nature) school in Ramat Eliyahu that specializes in education utilizing outdoor activities with a focus on nature. Our fellows have opportunities to assist teachers within the classroom, deliver one-on-one lessons and plan immersive English days.
LATE AFTERNOON
Yesh Matzav - A community center that provides a safe space for teens in the community during the evening. Fellows work with local volunteers and staff to plan recreational activities, help organize community events and generally be positive and stable role models for the adolescent attendees.

Wednesday
MORNING
Vitkin School Moadonit - Continuing to provide young moadonit attendees with fun and engaging activities
LATE AFTERNOON
Elifelet - An NGO that aims to provide asylum-seeker children with a positive childhood, to support their proper development and to narrow the gaps between the inadequate institutional support and the acute needs of the children.
The fellows take part in the educational activities of the organization and support the educational staff in their day-to-day work.
