Late Afternoon

Na'am - An organization dealing with issues surrounding violence against women in the Arab Sector - Fellows assist with resource development, fundraising, grant research, grant writing and social media.

Tuesday

Morning

Supervision and Contextual Learning - Lecture: An examination of the cultural identity of Israeli Arabs.

Late Afternoon

Na'am Arab Women in the Center - Fellows assist with resource development, fundraising, grant research, grant writing and social media.

Thursday

Morning

Joint Learning Day - Day trip to South Tel Aviv: Exploring the matter of refugees and asylum seekers in Israel.

Afternoon

Ulpan - Hebrew Language Course

Monday

Morning

El-Zahra Elementary School - A school serving the Arab population in Lod - Fellows serve as teaching assistants in English as a Foreign Language classes, primarily working with small groups of children.

Late Afternoon

Machashava Tova - Fellows volunteer in technology and computer training courses for youth and adults in Lod.

Wednesday

Morning

Late Afternoon

Potchim Atid (Opening a Future) - Together with Israeli staff, fellows facilitate group activities focusing on life-skill building for youth at risk.
